Pricing, Policies and Warranty
We offer the following information to help you understand our pricing structure and polices regarding tape/CD sales.
- Our tapes/CD's are 100% warrantied against defects or poor quality sound. Should you experience a problem with a CD or tape we offer the following options:
- Exchange the tape/CD for a new tape/CD
- Return the tape/CD for a full refund
- Exchange the tape/CD for another (different title) tape/CD
- Single tapes are available in a wide range of prices. Tape prices are as follows:
- $3.00 per tape for Tape of the Month Club tape
- $5.00 per tape at conventions when purchased individually
- $5.00 per tape when ordered by mail from our catalog
- All tape sets come in a vinyl album for protection and storage
- All web and fax orders are shipped same day Monday - Thursday. Orders received Friday - Sunday will be shipped Monday
- All mail-orders are shipped the day received Monday - Thursday. Orders received Friday - Sunday will be shipped Monday
